Deborah Woodham

Hi, I’m the owner and founder of this boutique business. My vision is simply to create beautiful holidays, just for women, in small groups where each person feels welcome, safe and exhilarated.

For me, extensive travel while working for British Airways hasn’t yet satisfied my urge to explore other countries. Asia is where I love going back to.

I have been that busy mum and wife always taking care of my family, no regrets, but now I want to share my travel experiences and offer women the chance to take a break, step outside their busy lives and live a little.

I live on the Kapiti Coast, NZ, with my husband and two independent children.

Hello, travel to me is one of the most wonderful ways you can fill your ‘well-being bucket’.

The vivid and vibrant colours, the pungent smells, and sheer joy of discovering new cultures and meeting the charming people of Vietnam, that, to me, makes traveling so exciting and rewarding.

When I am not traveling, I am a wife to a great husband, a mother to two lovely daughters and a Principal at a busy Primary School in Christchurch.

I am a ‘people person’ and a ‘connector’. I am passionate about the well-being of women and the busy lives we often lead. I want to share my love of Vietnam and the people with other curious, like-minded women. I want you to feel replenished, revived and excited by the experiences we will have as we discover this beautiful part of the world.

I fell in love with Vietnam on my first trip with Deborah’s tour in 2024. Captivated by the people, the food, and yes—even the heat—I returned as a co-host in September 2025. Deborah’s vision for a women-only tour really resonated with me; I thoroughly enjoyed the connection, comfort, shared stories, laughter, and memorable experiences.

As a host, I love to help women feel at ease, inspired, and fully immersed in the vibrant rhythm of Vietnam. I’m a California native now happily based in Wānaka, where I live with my husband and two of our three adult children. My day job in software sales and volunteer work within the disability community keep me busy when I am not traveling, hiking, mountain biking or skiing.
